I figured out how responsive images work. Yay! (I know kung-fu)
- Prescriptive (let the browser figure it out) use `img`, `srcset`, and `sizes`
- Descriptive (do what I say) use the `picture` tag.
Descriptive is more verbose but predictable, whereas prescriptive is “Browser take the wheel!”
